Customers can return unworn, undamaged shoes within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box and any accessories that came with the product.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns or exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shoes showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We will refund your original purchase once we receive the return.
